The Leadership Awareness Program that we offer to organisations utilises the unique Leadership Circle Profile and coaching skills of ichange's consultant team.
This element comprises individual assessment using the Leadership Circle Profile followed by a one-on-one session or group workshop to debrief participants on the Leadership Circle Profile and interpretation and use of their assessment report.
This element comprises a one hour, one-to-one coaching session to assist individuals create their own development goals and plan, including how they will achieve it, gain support and monitor progress. The development plan is created on-line using the Follow Through tool which provides tracking and monitoring of action plans, on line feedback from coaches and mentors, and reporting.
This element comprises one-to-one coaching sessions to continue individual understanding and use of the assessment results and to support achievement of their goals. Coaching is one of the most effective development channel to use in facilitating transformational change in leadership.
Coaching is provided by certified consultants who are trained and knowledgeable in the use of the LeadershipCircle Assessment tools and the Leadership Framework.
