Organisational Effectiveness

An organisation's effectiveness is measured relative to the demand market that it chooses to compete in, and relative to the resources it can harness in the supply market.

We offer our services to the organisation in measuring the effectiveness of its resources relative to the supply market and the processes and systems that it has within the organisation.

Our premise is that there is more control that the organisation can exercise over its internal environment than the external environment. The more agile the organisation, the better able it is to respond to an ever changing external environment over which, in most cases, it has little control or influence. Energy expended in controlling or influencing the external environment can be more effectively used in managing the internal environment.
